Does anybody experience the same thing, but my app is down, keeps showing "something went wrong. Please try again."

Working for me here in Manitoba. Try turning off your phone for a minute and reboot. Then try again. If you're still getting the error, if your using an Android, then go into the app settings and clear the cache, then clear the data and restart your phone and try logging in again. If it's an iPhone, they say the only option is to delete the app, shut off your phone for a minute, restart phone, redownload app and try again. I wish iPhone had a better way like Android does about clearing cache. Would be so much easier.

@TL2203 , all is not well over here. When I sign in, I am asked to select a new plan. However, the web site access is working fine.
