From this Monday, I sent several messages, but there is no response at all. If PB doesn't have a call centre for customers, PB should give any response about my private messages such as the progress of problem's resolution, or even checking the messages. Does anybody have an idea about the system of Moderator Team?

I am not a moderator, however, I do see there are at least 8 online right now. They are very busy. Hopefully this will get back to normal soon. Until then:

@shindent yes the system is really a mess. it took 5 days recently for my message to be replied to. we are all hoping with the new ticket system things will improve. till then we have to be patient.
what exatly is your issue?
