I stopped using Public mobile since April' 23 and lost my Public mobile phone card later. But the autopay program is working and it continuosly takes money from my banc account. How can I stop this? And is there any way to get my money taken by autopay back? It's 180 CAD already!

@Jrma By private messaging support and ask them to remove credit card of file for the account so you don’t get charged again on renewal . Note I’m just a customer like you trying to help

Hello Handy1. Unfortunately I can't log in My Account because the last step of verification there is a sending code by sms on my PM phone number which doesn't exist no more because I lost the card.

@Jrma PM is pre paid and no refunds . So You need to port number out . Or log into your my account and turn off auto pay (subscribe) or get support to remove the credit card on file for you
