I've always paid my monthly bill online using the 'Amount Due' option. For the last three payments it keeps saying you have no balance due, and wont allow me to pay with this option. I don't know how to fix this.

@lake, a couple of suggestions that might help whenever something is simply not right in the self serve portal:
- Clear your browser's cache
- Restart your browser in Privacy/Incognito mode
Other than that, all I can suggest is to send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to help you process your payment. Include your account number & PIN to help speed up the process.
