Amount due and autopay

So I have an amount due right now. I have setup autopay so that I get the reward. The next payment date is in October, should I pay the amount due right now or will autopay automatically pay it off on the next payment date?

I'm worried about my plan becoming suspended and I won't have my plan anymore.

you shoudl be fine.  if autopay is on and your CC is vald just dont look at your account on teh night of the renewal.

you can top up occasionally ie $30 /month if you want that way you dont have a 3 month hit on your account. 

usually auto pay fails if there is a plan change involved and the is a difference in costs betweeen plans.

also even if your account is suspeneded you do not lose your plan.  you have 90 day to reactivae it.
