Hello,
I just paid for a subscription and it keeps saying for me to enter a code that has been sent by text. I am not getting that code.

No, I am not porting over. I took a new number, new sim card. I don't see an option to send it to email.

@Emilia4 Are you porting over from another carrier? Has that gone through fully?
You can start a chat using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right. A CS_Agent should be able to assist you with this solution, there may have been a porting issue.
*EDIT - before the code is sent, do you have an option to "send it to email" - perhaps that works ?

@Emilia4 are you in the process of subscribing still? If you are trying to subscribe, you must use the APP to do so, (not the web version)
Only via the app version will you receive the 2FA and other OTP texts. Hope this helps
