Since we are pay as you go, and not signing on to 1 year or 2 year contracts. When I'm done paying for the month, I should be able entitled to see all the plans available to me, not just the plans that are more expensive. The existing customers should be able to see the cheaper better plans too.
I understand that you have to do these promo deals for new customers. But from speaking with other Public Mobile Users, I know that they can see plans that I can't and it is only because of the the invisible walls that Public Mobile has setup and that should be illegal.
Last year I filed a complaint with the CCTS and they just ignored my request. And a year later it's still the same problem with Public Mobile. And it's when Black Friday rolls around, that I am reminded that Public Mobile is doing this still. Anyways, that's my rant, hopefully someone who works at PM will see this and do something about it.

I wish you good luck with that it is a business who has taken away our christmas bonus, taken away our points from referrals to creditcard payments anniversary date, then raised the points needed to pay down your bill from 15 points to 20

as you have found out; once you have a plan of higher value, it's difficult to downgrade to a entry level cost plan. We can only opt for whichever plan is available in our particular account. Once upgraded...tough to downgrade unless you deactivate your current plan and get a new sim to start a new account with a different email address. Additionally, you will take a new number as the old number isn't in the list you can select from when you activate the new account. You can start out with the cheapest plan...looks like $20 is the entry level.

Good luck with your efforts but one has a better chance of winning a lotto than extracting any response from the CCTS, Better Business Bureau or even the bosses at Telus/PM for better plans
Never hurts to shop the competition for a better plan whether it’s for cellular, home internet, insurance and more
