I’ve just switched from a $40 4G plan to the new $55 on 5G for three months plan. However, I have $8 a month discount from the old legacy plan so I should’ve got $24 off on my bill because is for 3 months. PM only applied $8 to my bill. 
this seems like a ripoff. Why haven’t I got the entire X3 the rewards for the 3 month plan?

@DantechStudios  did you use Change plan now option?

if you did, then yes, PM charged you full price

But from some posts, they confirm PM will put the credit back to you in the next couple day

But for a 90 days plan, they will still give you the monthly rewards every month.  So, $8 in the next couple days, another $8 in next month and the $8 later  (ie, not $24 credit in one shot but on 3 different dates)

@DantechStudios  They are awarding the rewards every 30 days on 90 day plans even thou you get the full 75GB to use right away .so in 30 days you should have another $8 credit and 30 days again aafter that another $8 credit with you will apply on the following renewal … or did you maybe mistakenly pick the plan for 30 days and not 90 by accident ? … but you can confirm with support

@DantechStudios - it sounds like is should have been 3x applied, IF you choose to change plans on renewal. Did you change on renewal or change plans NOW ?

If on renewal, tell customer service about it and have them fix it for you.
