I have 45 in my account and can’t activate any plans and even when I go to add more money it’s says card cannot be verified and it’s the same card I always use, even tried another card and same message it’s been 3 days now and no phone

I got it working my bank actually updated my new address and I forgot so I had to change the address on my payment info

@Carterdyer8, sometimes clearing browser cache or using incognito mode can overcome problems with adding a credit card. By chance is an apartment number involved here? If so, skip the apartment number. Putting it in causes failure. This knowledge base post covers the tips and tricks I mentioned here.

Cool thanks I sent a message hopefully it can be fixed, I’ve been with them for a few months and no issues and hoping it can be a simple fix thanks for the reply, I’ll keep you updated
