Hi I am just wondering I don't want to be a bother but what is the usual time to hear from an Agent about an issue. It has been 24 hrs now. I have not heard from anyone. Thank you

Its a learning process but hang out and find your way it will make your experience with public mobile a much more pleasant one. If you are getting anxious about activating before the end of a promotion you can always purchase sim cards from a local retailer or look into Canadian Cell Supplies for additional savings on activations and cheap or free sim cards.
BTW....just tap the "@" key for usernames to pop up so you can tag the person you are responding to.....or keep typing til their name appears.

While signed into your Community account, it's the Envelope icon between the bell and your user avatar in the upper right hand of the screen.

@sherri8 did you check your private message inbox? that's how customer support communicates with its customers. they won't text or call you. in your situation you may have to wait for one more day

I suspect the phones and SIM's may ship from different locations.
There have been serious delays with mail delivery for several months. I'd give it as much as 3 weeks, though it should be sooner.

Did you submit a ticket using the chatbot in the lower right hand corner while signed into the Community account associated with your Mobile account?
I would recommend using the ticketing system - faster response time. Click on the bubble in the lower right corner and request moderator assistance, then select account-related issue, then select need a human now. Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.

Hi I am waiting to find out why I did not receive my Sim Cards with my phone purchases. I was told last evening I would be contacted, I am just getting a bit frustrated, waiting. Im sure their are people ahead of me. Thank you for asking
