I have a subscription that I just paid. And now I'm stuck at "subscription not active". I was asked to create a ticket using a community account. Should I do that? does someone know how to fix this. I even tried different phone android and iphone, same thing. I restarted the phones and no luck yet.

Reboot, re-login, even a different phone all didn't work.
I created a ticket, and waiting for a reply.

try reboot the phone, and then relogin the app and see if it works.
if you still stuck at the same place or unable to login, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
