After I change to public mobile, I can’t send text messages and I can’t receive any test messages

can you please check, what’s the problem with this issue. It is not my cellphone problem since I changed to second phone to test it as well.

In order to get network support send a private message to a CS_Agent using the Link below.  They should be able to restart your network.
