Hi,
I'm having issues saving my address change in my profile. I would input my new address, select from the drop down menu, and hit 'save information' but the address won't register.

Sometimes, if your address is in a newly developed area, it won't be in the Canada Post database. If that's the case, your address won't be selected from a list. The address in the Public Mobile account isn't actually used for anything and can be ignored.

first, address does not really matter on PM system. It is just for PM's record. The address not even use for credit card processing
if you want to try updating the address again, try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, you can ask PM to update the address for you on the system directly. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
