  • I ran out of my data for the month.  How do I buy additional data? Many thanks for answering.

@Chalupa_Batman  I think data add ons now last 30 days but are only used after current plan data is exhausted. If your plan renews before that 30 day mark, it is likely the balance will not be available n

you need to log in to your account / Subscription and add-ons / Add-on usage/ scroll down to Purchase Add-ons...select data option desired and pay. Remember that data is only good for 30 days from time of purchase.

You can purchase extra data through your account on public mobile.

Sign in your account, go to Subscriptions and Add-ons and you can purchase it there.

Scroll down to the bottom you'll see this banner.

And then purchase what you want.

But note this.... and this is VERY IMPORTANT!!!  If you've run out and you only have a week or so left.... that data ENDS at the end of 30 day cycle and you do not get to use the rest of it. So you really have to ask yourself if you REALLY need to purchase it.
