My girlfriend is currently abroad and has run out of the 1GB before the 10 day period. This does not seem to be intentional on Public Mobile's part, but a bug in the online self-serve system. Will this issue be looked into and fixed in the future? It's certainly frustrating not being able to purchase the largest package or have packages that are over 1GB.

Hey there @petah,
I'm sorry you couldn't purchase the add-on you wanted for your wife. I can see she ended up purchasing the 250MB + Talk & Text. For now, our system only lets customers buy the same add-on once in a short period of time, so that's why you were unable to buy the 1GB add-on again.

The US Data Add-On Roam, when bought in 1GB, should show as how many You purchased total, BUT you do know that it's ONLY good for 10 Days, so IF you bought a US Data Add-On on Feb 20, example, expires March 2, If You bought second on Feb 22, Expires March 4

I am thinking that the 1GB add-on may show up as available again for purchase once your current allotment is currently used up. It's possible that the system is set up such that a customer can't subscribe twice to the same add-on simultaneously, likely to prevent accidental double charges.

Yes, you should be able to purchase another add-on. Its weird that you are not seeing that particular add-on. Try checking in private/incognito browsing mode. Slight chance if there is an issue with browsing caches/cookies.
