Hello!
Okay, I thought I would be smart and add funds to the accounts before the bill comes out in the morning. I entered a custom amount for the amount now due but it charged me the full amount of the plan.
There are loyalty discounts so the amount owing is a few dollars less than a regular payment so I entered that amount. Had I left it on its own I would have been better off. Why did it do that? Why have the option to enter a custom amount?
On the bright side I will have a few dollars for available funds.

Yes and you're covered just in case the autopay feature fails! And it always does fail at the worst of times 😉

Yes that's one of the bad glitches of the new PM website redesign. But now you know what'll happen for next time and that no money has been lost.
