Added funds to account, bought data add-on, still no internet.

@Bulkrunner, If you performed the 2 step process of purchasing an add-on, and your phone is compatible & properly set up with the APN settings, then you will need to contact the moderator team to have them investigate.

If you are not sure about your phone's compatibility, and/or APN setup, please provide phone brand & exact model, and I'm sure someone her can help you out.

I would give your phone a power cycle to see if that helps.
Assuming you had no problem with data previously, the next step would be to send a message to the Moderators.

Please read this: Setting up Data (APN) on your phone
On your phone, don’t edit an existing APN network; create a new one for Public Mobile!
