You will need to contact customer service agent to apply the code.
Either click on the chat icon on the right corner of the website. Follow prompts to submit a ticket for CSA help. It will usually take a few hours for response.

hi @Soapbox yes, many people missed the spot to enter that. Support agent can help to add it back, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
