I accidentally put a add on i cant use. Can i change it from us to canada??

CS Agent likely able to swtich the add-on for you.  Please open ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. First Type "Wrong Add-on / plan purhcased"
  2. Then click "Contact Us"
  3. and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Contact customer support and explain the honest mistake. They will remove the add on and replace it and/or credit your account.

Sorry, but add-on purchases are non-refundable.  A CSA might be able to help but officially, they don't have to, but mY on a case by case basis.
