Thank you. I did not do the second step but just as well because I got 400 minutes free for completing a survey. It’s all good.

@Kevinharms...you're correct in that it'll be applied right away....IF...the customer did the purchase correctly. It's a recurring theme that some customers miss the second step, then come to the Community Forum for suggesstions to fix it.
Not sure why the process has to be so complicated but it is what it is.

Usually instant as far as I know, but as others have said, it is a two step process.

@PepsAre you sure you purchased it, or did you just add funds to your account? It's a 2 step process and often the first step is the only one completed. Check to make sure- what is your account balance?
