Add ons

I am unable to see the add ons that I have added to my account.  I selected Shop Add-ons from my subscriptions page, but do not see the 3 add-ons that I have.

I have the paid 300 LD mins add-ons which includes calling Australia. I figured out that I was calling a 1300 number which is not included in that add on.

Do you have the paid 300 LD mins add-ons which includes calling Australia, or the Bonus 500 LD add-on from previous Christmas, which does not include calling Australia?

If you have the 300 LD mins add-on, call Australia by dialing 011 (Canada's exit code) + 61 (Australia's country code) + the local number, making sure to drop the leading '0' from the Australian area code or mobile prefix.

Thank you.  Found it.  Now we need to figure out how to dial international numbers.  So far no luck calling Australia even though I have the international calling add on.
