Hi

I've gone ahead and activated my plan , just waiting on confirmation.  I don't need to pay for the add on roaming etc  correct? It's already included in my Canada /US plan?

yes, Canada-US plan allows you to use PM service (voice/data/text) without buying roaming add-on anymore

FYI, PM uses T-Mobile and AT&T as roaming partners
