I have purchased a data add-on, but it is not still activated after two days! I wondered how I should do that?

Hi @Son73 I think the money is not used for purchase of the addon yet, you should see it there in Available Fund still. Check and if that is the case, go back and buy the data addon

@Son73 hi it is a two step process to buy an add on first you put money in your account then you go back in and purchase it

Did you follow 2-step add-on purchase?
Purchasing an add-on after logging in into your PM account is a two-step process. You need to load funds first and then purchase add on.
Purchased Add-ons should show up on Plan Details page. Bonus add-on should be on Overview/Main page.
Currently it looks like PM has some issues with Plan Details page. That maybe a reason why your add-ons are in limbo?
