Add-ons data is not applied although 4 GB left

I have 3 month plan for 9 GB, 10 days before terminating last payment term, i used reward to get 5 MORE GB. Presently i still have 10 days left, but when i use DATA, it is applying from my 9GB NOT FROM 5 GB that i added. Although i still have almost 4 GB LEFT.. Why ??

@Abeille_2024  The data add on only kicks in once you have used up your plans data bucket . Not the other way around
