@Barbados1 How much data does the $50 plan have? You can get $40/15GB or $45/20GB at 4G speeds in self serve but should schedule the change because of no refunds for unused days due to the service being prepaid.
@Barbados1 BTW, do you have data enabled on your phone and might be the reason you're unable to use it, or even data limit set?

I have the $50 plan but sometimes forge to tune the wifi back on. It has to do with my job.

@Barbados1 That’s the usage history click the refresh spinner thing circled in red in the pic next to usage history.. that should help display you 3 GB of data

@Barbados1 From your screenshot it seems you've purchase 1GB data 3 times? What plan are you on? Currently PM has a few plans offering more data at 4G speeds for reasonable prices so you might want to login into your account and schedule a plan change at next renewal to $40/15GB if you frequently purchasing more data at $15/1GB which is kinda steep.

@Barbados1 try logging in with Incognito mode, see if the Data addon is there in the Payment & Addon page.

If you wanted to add three - 1 GB addons to your account, then YES you did something right @Barbados1
Was that your intention? Addons roll over each cycle, and stay on your account until consumed; so no worries about that.
Edit, is your data not working ? Ensure your plan is in Active status, as addons only work on Active plans.

@Barbados1 Have you tried refreshing your self serve account with the refresh icon bottom right of the page? Or use incognito/private mode as you could be viewing old information because of caching problems.
