I paid for an Add-on and it wasn't applied to my account. Is there a way to talk to someone at Public Mobile? the chat didn't help with my issue.
@sangel , use incognito mode on your browser when accessing the self serve account to avoid seeing stale cached data. Sometimes the stale data can interfere with account changes which is way more disconcerting than seeing old stuff.
After you purchased the Add-on. Refresh your browser by clicking on the circular arrow.
