Today I bought 1 GB data add on. However, it looks it doesn’t load to my account. How do I check data usage online?

The 2 step process causes a snag for many, make sure you complete the second step as well

Log in to your account / My Data and Add-ons. If you successfully "bought" the add-on...you should see if in that list.

You should see 1GB Data add-on.....x / 1024.

If you don't see it there...you haven't done the 2-step purchase correctly.

@michelle24  hi buying an add on is a two step process first you put money in account then go back in and purchase the add on you can check if it was added in your plans and addons section

Check if there are extra funds in your account balance. If you tried to make the add-on purchase before having enough in your account to pay for it, the process only adds funds to your account. Go back now and make the add-on purchase.
