Y is my phone was passed the Gigs of data for my plan. 100g for 50.00

I purchased 12g then 4g and my data is still slow. Why?

To be sure, look in your self serve and see if the data allotment is consumed. 

Tap the little refresher icons to get an up to date version of the page.
