Hi I added an Add on to my plan US data, I’m the the USA right now and is not working. Please help me to fix the issue ASAP .

@adribecerra Make sure you have the roaming button on under data. The available networks will be AT&T and T-Mobile.

Log into My Account...if you see dollars in Available Funds that means you've only completed half of the required steps. Now you'll need to go back to the 10 Day US Roaming Add-on section and select the add-on you want. Should start working right away. Good luck and keep us posted.

Buying an add on is a two step process.
Enable roaming in your phone.
