Hello, I have had so many problems with my account lately. Right now I couldn’t sign in to the lounge and had to make up a new sign on with another email.

but the big problem is that I added on a talk/text US plan and I have not been able to get any service or anything?????

the email associated with the account is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

@HeidiHorner  - Roaming addons are for use only whilst you are in the USA. Just checking, you are in the USA, right?

 

If so, and you see the Roaming addon listed in your self serve account, then try restarting your phone or perform a reset of your device's network settings.

If you do not see the Roaming addon listed in self serve, but the Available Funds are still showing the $'s you added, then go back to add the Roaming addon you want to purchase onto your account.

 which city and state you are at now?

 

try to manually connect to T-Mobile from the network selection page on your phone.  Do not leave it with automatic.  T-Mobile has the 2G network in  many states and hope that works

Do you actually see that US add-on on your account?

Did you activate roaming?

Try to manually connect to AT&T or T-Mobile., whatever is available there. Do not be disappointed if it is not working as US is shutting down 3G so who knows if it works in your area.
