Add on not working

I added an add on before leaving Canada for the US.   I waited for it to run out and then did another add on.  The second add on does not appear to be added.  Not sure what to do.  Advice?

Yes.  They were able to add our second add on quite quickly.

Yes you can’t use a new add on right after the old one in case they overlap so I don’t know if they will help you rush it or not. Fingers crossed!

Thank you.  I definitely do not want to wait and have just sent a note to the agent through the link provided.  Hoping this is resolved asap.  Thank you for your direction.

to rebuy the same uS roaming addon, usually you will need to wait 24 hours after the first one expired to re-buy

i don't think you want to wait, so please have CS agent to help without the wait.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
