My new Us roaming talk and text 15 dollar add on isnt working. It got charged to my account but doesn't show up on my plan's add-ons. What do I do??

Same happened to me. There apparently is a current glitch in self serve. I contacted the mods, and the add -ons appear on their end. They just dont show up on self serve. It should work though despite it not showing up on "my plan and add-ons" as it shows your transaction for the add-on was successful.

What is your balance? Is the money still on the account? If yes please use it to purchase the add-on
If not please contact moderators
Once your add-on is listed you will be able to use it right away, it expires 10 days after purchase.
Don't forget to turn on roaming.
If you encounter problems using, try to manually switch between providers

Add ons are a two step process. If you've added the money, you still have to select the addon and purchase it.
Are you connected to T-Mobile or AT&T? Try to manually Select At&T and see what happenes.
