I have registered a ticket, but thought I'ld ask the Community. My add-on is not showing up in my account, although payment was made. Any thoughts? I'm from BC, and am in Texas. This is frustrating. Cheers, Valdy.

Got it sorted, thanks... Turns out that PM had credited me with the thirty bucks, rather than applying it to my add-on. All good. Thanks for the response. Valdy

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
And you are in Texas, so you are trying ot get roaming add-on?
if you are, make sure are connecting to T-Mobile or AT&T and make sure roaming mobile data is enabled
since you opened a ticket already, check your community inbox for agent's reply and update us
