Add on US talk Text

I just added the add on while traveling and it won’t upload to my phone. It gave me a receipt but not updated in account or on phone? Please help

So you clicked the refresh icon as I suggested? Do you see any roaming add-ons? Do you show the amount you paid being in your balance (click on that refresh icon too)?

Yes this is a re-buy. I just previously had at 15 day talk text only USA. It ran out at midnight but it won’t restart. I got a receipt for payment on a new 15 days. The account showed nothing but my credit card was charged with receipt. Phone says T-Mobile but will not connect to phone. Wondering why account won’t update?

if you're currently in US, can you see if the phone is set for T-Mobile...no others will work except T-Mobile.

Depending on where you're located, talk could be...unreliable.

Text and data should work just fine though.

Are you re-buying from having one previous? Do you see the amount in your account? Click on the little spinner refresh icon underneath the Shop Add-ons button to update your add-on list. Do you see any roaming items?
