I'm trying to buy an add-on US roaming but when I try to go to the page that shows:

Do you have the same US roaming add on right now? You just renewing the same add on. You can't purchase the same identical add on until about 24 hours after the first add on expires. You would need customer service agent help to purchase the same add on.
If you don't have a US add on presently, maybe try again with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or you can also purchase add on via dialing 611 on your phone (if you know your PIN number).

@rosane try again using Incognito mode and see if it works
Also, you can try to buy using *611 or call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone if you know the 4 digits PIN (if you don't have the PIN, you can reset it on My Account's Profile page)
