Paid to Added data. Proceeded payment but can't see added data through my account. I don't understand why charged a few times (almost $100) but I don't get anything. Even my balance $5 only. they said I owing $45 .. I really need explanation from you. Please contact me.

Have you restarted your device after you purchased the addon?

Maybe it coincided with a renewal and it ate the balance. Or they did an immediate plan change rather than an add-on or both.

I don't believe that this is a matter of the two step process providing confusion. The OP's account balance is $5.
Are you on a $50 plan? The amount owing only relates to to plan price less any current balance and applies to the next renwal. What payment amounts are listed in your payment history?

on Self-Serve, how much you see as Available Fund? I suspect you have loaded the fund but didn't go to actually buying of the add-on
Buying addon is a 2 steps process
1. Load fund onto account, once loaded, you should see Available Fund on Self-Serve showing what you just loaded
2. actual picking and buying of the add-on. It will used the money on Available Fund to purchase
Once you have done both, you can then reboot your phone once and you would be able to use the new add-on you just purhcased.

You have to add funds then select and purchase the add on and/or change to a higher data plan. What is your intention? Maybe posting a screenshot of your payment history will help us help you. Please blank out any personal info first.
