I have purchased two $15 add ons and my data is still 95%. Going outside WiFi next week.

Any unused Add-on data will carry over to the follow months until it is completed used off.

Log in to your account to see how much data is available to you. Check in My Account, then on right side of page Add-on Usage, you'll see any data add-ons you have to use.
Once regular plan data is exhausted...your data add-ons will take over until next renewal when you get a fresh batch of regular plan data. Any unused data add-ons will just roll over until you do use them up...even if that takes several months or more.

it is just a glitch in the system there is a new design some customer has same issue.
tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,orsafari on private mode, To Login Page
or call *611 press 3 and you need your 4 digit PIN and check it out data usage.
can you do rebooting device.

@LBMann Try refreshing the account page but first clear the browser cache/cookies and use incognito mode.
edit: If you're needing to purchase add-on data often, it might be more economical to upgrade plans instead as add-on data is quite expensive..
