Add Ons Roaming Not Working

Hello,

I can see I have purchased roaming text, calling and data in the US.

200 min US and Canada long distance

400 min Intl long distance

US Roaming - 500 MB Data

However, on using text I get the message "Sorry, your current plan does not include US Roaming text messaging. Same when I use my phone.

I seem to be able to use the web.

Cellular Data Options is set to Enable LTE and Data Roaming.

Any suggestions of how I can fix this problem?

Maybe post a screen snip of your overview page. When you "bought" the bundle did the amount just stay in your Available Funds?

The other add-ons can still be used depending on the base plan you have.

Are you currently in the states? If not then those roaming add-ons you got won't do anything for you.

The others as mentioned will only work while in Canada.

If you are in the states then are you connecting automatically to either AT&T or T-Mobile? If not then you might have to manually scan for and find and connect to either of them.

The long distance add-on plan you have only works while you are IN CANADA. You need the 10 day US Roaming Add-on. There's a couple of options to consider, but they will work while your travelling in USA for 10 days.
