Hello,
I have a small problem, I made a purchase of 10cad (200mb add-ons) and it became visible on my credit card, but not on my system (my phone), then resubmit my account with 10cad to have sufficient funds for autopay , But an additional 90cad appears on my credit card. So for no inconvenience I would like to cancel those payments and wait patiently for my provisioning date (July 22). Thank you.

@jadato Login to your account and check Available Funds. I suspect it will show $100. In which case, follow the suggestion to "purchase" the add-on again and it should take $10 and activate the add-on. That will leave $90 in Available Funds which will be used on your next renewal unless you get the refund.
