In order to use the data add-on you would need to finish the current data you have in your plan.

In order to use the international minutes you have to call to other countries. Included countries: Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.

Although you don’t have to worry about it because it stays until you finish it.

for data, it will kick in after your regular data all used

 for LD, you can make the calls anytime, but PM LD does not work for all countries, which country you are trying to call?
