No refunds at Publc Mobile. Best you can hope for is transfer balance to a friend.

Hi
If you still have 80 on your account you coould get it back with the help moderators, you should contact them asap
If you have a friend or family on public mobile you could also get moderators to move the funds to them and have your friend reimburse you.
Another thing you could do is get someone else to take over your account for the amount on the account. Just make sure you remove your credit card and your personal information before setting their email address and temporary password.

To deactivate your account, just make sure you remove all your credit card info. Then 90 days after plan expires, the account will close permanantly.
As a pre-paid cell service, you'll likely not get a refund of your $80, unfortunately.
Good luck wherever you go.

Need to contact moderator like the previous person mentioned.
Your account will close after you do not make a payment on your account after 90 days. You also have to remove credit card from account or it keep charging your account.
