hi I bought a SIM card and 2 public mobile vouchers and when I try to activate my SIM card online they won’t let me put my voucher in anywhere... please help

They are kind of forcing you to use an approved credit card or debit card. And AFTER that you can use vouchers. Perhaps a CSA can assist. And do you have a referral code to use....it will get you a $10 bill credit.
It is now hard (impossible) to remove your auto pay set up yourself. But you can replace or update it. So just a tip...a Vanilla Prepaid Mastercard (not a My Vanilla) can be used for auto pay. A $25 Vanilla card costs $30.....but do have an expiry. I have put the same $25 card on 3 accounts for peace of mind...but of course you must be good at managing funds on your account to be there when needed.

@Kd92 hi with the new upgrades here they forgot to put that feature back for activations
