when activate my SIM, I want move my former Freedom Mobile phone# to Public Mobile AC#. 

your guys told me to reactivate My former Freedom AC#. Now it is reactivated. Anybody at PublicMobile  can finish it for me!

It was in a different thread, but there were two different people there asking questions, so I moved these messages back to the original thread that ShawnR3 had created.

So you need to click on the envelope above open the message from the moderator that asked you to reactivate your FM account and let him know that the reactivation was done by replying to the original message.

If it lets you, you can normally request the number porting yourself inside your self-serve account. If the option isn"t available because of a failed previous attempt, please contact moderators as suggested earlier.

Don't post any personal information here..it'a public forum..click on the 3 dots right up in your message to change that..Smiley Happy

If you're in an on-going conversation with the moderators then you need to send that private information to them via private message. Not here.

yesterday, I can only call out, but can not receive call in due to activation not successfully done. Public Mobile guy told my reactivated my former Freedom AC#. Now it is reactivated, Can you PublicMobile guys finish activation for me?
