If your card hasn't been charged, retry but first clear cache and cookies, and open an incognito tab, before retrying.
Also, perhaps try the process on a desktop or laptop device.

@Pinkeshpatel You are trying to activate and seeing this error ? Did you make payment ? If so first check your credit card and see if it’s been actually charged or not
edit if you have and you have no service you may want to reach out to support
