@dabr If there's a port, it only takes a few hours for incoming. Ben says phone doesn't work so this couldn't have been a port problem.

@Ben1967 contact customer support mods

 

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)


make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

@Ben1967would be helpful if you could answer some of the questions people posted. The more details the better. New sign up? Etc etc

We got a new phone number and put in a new sim and they put the charge card payment through but the phone desnt work incoming or outgoing

Hi @Ben1967 ,

If you just ported your phone number from another cell provider it could take a few hours to complete the port. Using the other cell provider's SIM you should be still receiving calls on it, until the port completes.

If you ported from a landline it could take up to 7 days to complete.

 

Make sure you do not cancel your previous provider's services until the port is complete.

 

You may just need to get connected to the Public Mobile network.

Try one or more of the below:

*rebooting your phone

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reboot your phone again

 

If you did not port a phone number, and you tried the above...what type of phone do you have?

What's the make and model of your phone? It needs to be compatible with PM network as well as unlocked.

 

Did you get it working? As you haven't responded for quite sometime.

@Ben1967   Try rebooting your phone first. 

 

If you are porting over a number it can take  a few hours for the porting process to complete.
