I’m using the same phone from Public Mobile number. I just decided to change my phone number to a new number from Public Mobile with the same phone. The new number shows up in my account, but it’s not working. Do I have to purchase a new eSIM card for it to work

@Bobo2024 Just reboot the phone first if you haven’t already . You might also need to reset network settings and test . By resetting network settings you will just have to re enter wifi passwords . I’d start with that and no you don’t need to buy a new eSIM to change phone number . Infact you can change phone number 4x for free every 30 day cycle
