Hello, I just switch from Fizz to Public Mobile. Received an e-mail for Fizz for the transfer and the payment is done with PM. Everything seems good but am I supposed to receive a confirmation text to put my SIM card in the phone? Thanks!

What a headache!!! At first I checked for incoming calls and it didn't work. I chatted with PM and Fizz to get it fix. Now everything works, I'm with PM. Thank you!

@Gloiredumatin Check your private message inbox in a couple of minutes and I will send you a number to call to check the status of the port. If your Fizz SIM still works after 10 hours ago then porting was now completed. It should take up to 2 hours to complete the porting.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent to find out the issue.
But first, did you reboot your phone by powering off then back on?

@Gloiredumatin How long ago did you reply Yes? It may take a little time for the Fizz sim to stop working.

@Gloiredumatin You said you received an email from Fizz, normally it would be a text message and you are required to respond Yes within 90 minutes. Have you done that?

@Gloiredumatin Notification is hit and miss. If the Fizz sim is no longer working then insert the Public Mobile sim and restart the phone.
