I am BYOD and picked a plan and paid thru Visa but PM will not activate. @Geoffdawe

PM  = Public Mobile. Charged me for first month service but activation will not complete.

you were using the app? What was the error you got? or no error during activation? Just the phone not connecting?

If you see SOS error showing sim not connecting, please submit a ticket with CS agent:

@Geoffdawe  Did you reboot the phone ? Or try to reset network settings . Can you try SIM card in another phone to test ? If no luck please submit ticket with support to help you further
