I can’t call call and send messages to my certain contacts I called my previous provider all good transfer and cancellation. Only this Public Mobile data provider have issues please help to fix this trouble issues.

Thank you much I took the physical SIM card it is working NOW..👍🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😂 I appreciate it

Did you remove the previous provider sim card?

You cannot call at all or just some contacts?

If just some, test to call them by dialing 1 in front of the 10 digits, also try without the 1

And try Reset Network Settings and try sim using another phone 

But if you still cannot make it work, ask PM to check 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Hello @Shey2 

Try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work, go into Settings, carrier and find your Network Settings and reset them and then reboot. This should set you up. If you continue to have issues and doesn't work, since you can log in to your account, here is the proper way to send in a ticket.
