Good afternoon, I am trying to activate my sim card, I can login from my computer at work ( currently ) by when I try to login from my phone with the same email and password it tells me my email is invalid?

are you new subscriber activating new account? or existing customer trying to change sim card?
if existing, you can update the new sim card using the browser, you don't have to use the PM app.
but if you are new subscribe, you need to use PM app. Try uninstall the PM app, reboot phone and reinstall
